usb over current notice

Need help, what is USB over current notice, I have nothing connected except keyboard and mouse to keyboard.
1- changed USB location of keyboard
2- changed mouse from keyboard to the back

as you see mouse and keyboard are working fine, but I get this message constantly USB over current notice, a usb device is currently drawing too much power.
what do I need to do?
thanks

First thing to try, is booting the system with absolutely no USB devices attached. Wait say 5 minutes after the desktop loads, to see if you get that message still.

If you do, the logic board is failing. If not, then you need to pin down whether it's the keyboard or mouse that is defective and replace it. Test each one individually, and if one gives the error message while the other doesn't, you have your answer.
