"One to One" Activation Code

I am trying to make an appointment for one to one, and it's asking for my activation code.

I just bought the iMac i5 is the right place to post?

Did you get an activation code when you purchased the one-to-one service? Did you buy it online or in a store? The online Apple store includes the following instructions:

1. Choose your Mac.
Shop the Apple Online Store and select the Mac you want.
2. Add One to One.
On the Configure Your Mac page, choose One to One along with any other configuration options, then complete your purchase.
3. Activate your membership.
After you complete your order, you’ll receive an email from Apple explaining how to get started.

If you have a me.com account try that user name and password.
