iPhone stuck at emergency call screen!

Hi everyone!
My iPhone stuck at the 'emergency call' screen. I restored it and at the end I had to 'activate' the phone... But when I try to activate it (connect to iTunes) iTunes
gives me a message: ...The Network connection is timed out... Please try again later. But I can open the iTunes Store and download apps and music, and the Network is in order... Anyone knows what to do? Or how to 'activate' the iPhone without iTunes?
Please Help!

You can't activate your phone without itunes. The most common reasons for the network timed out error during a restore or software upgrade are firewalls, anti-virus & anti-malware. So, turn off or disable all of that stuff, especially windows firewall & try again.

Hi,
thanks for replying, but i turned of the AntiVirus and the Firewall and still got the same message! 😟

Firewall on your router? All firewalls & anti-anything need to be off. Something on your computer is blocking itunes attempts to contact Apple's servers during the entire download, verify & install process.

Well, the OS is installed successfully but i couldn't activate the phone... And how can I see if there's a Firewall on my router?

Mmmm...activation requires two connections, a good internet connection & a cellular connection...do you have both? Check the documentation for your router. Some have built in firewalls.

Internet connection is good, can u please explain me this cellular connection stuff? Sorry! And, last time I had to activate the phone (Release date of 3GS) it worked, with same router, but not same PC (the PC I used is broken now...) Is a WEP code the Firewall?

You need a cellular connection as well as an internet connection to activate the phone. Do you have a good cellular signal? WEP is the encryption your router uses, has nothing to do with whether your router has a built in firewall or not.

hm, I have only one bar... Bad connection, but my family members with the same Provider have full Signal.
EDIT: I tried the Sim on an older Nokia, and there it had full signal, and even calls function.
