Well one day I was about to sync my iPhone, but then I realized that I needed to update iTunes. Well I did so and then the computer was installing/scanning my camera, I pressed cancel and then after that everything went wrong. Then I repluged it back in now "My Computer" and iTunes doesn't even recognize it anymore. Nothing pops up, it's like I'm plugging it into a nonfunctioning computer. I want to know what I did wrong and how I can fix it. Thanks for your help!

P.S. Any other computer it works perfectly, except for mines.

Windows XP, iPhone OS 3.1.3

NEVER cancel anything while there is an installation going on. While I can't be sure, it sounds like you computer is fine EXCEPT for iTunes. If that is so, I would try reinstalling iTunes. If you can, I would first try to remove any iTunes folders.

Right click "My Computer". Select "Properties". Then select the "Hardware" tab. Then click the "Device Manager" button. Scroll down and look for a yellow question mark. Right click it and tell it to update the drivers. That should take you back to where you were when you accidentally hit the "Cancel" button.
