Application update all Information outdated

Does anyone know of a solution for the "The information on this page is outdated. Click OK to refresh the page. If you have available updates after refreshing, click Download All Free Updates" message?

I open iTunes the go to the app store and click Download All Free Updates. It always gives me the message that the page is outdated, I have to click OK then it refreshes the page with the exact same app updates and I have to click Download All Free Updates again for it to continue.

This happens every time I have new app updates whether I launch iTunes or every time the iMac goes to sleep and I open iTunes when it was already running.

Same here, used to be only the message "the information on this page is outdated..." occassinally before iTunes 9.2, now every time when Application updates are downloaded.

Past couple days another dialog box came up:

We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (5002). There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later.

Well, I still have the problem but I've found that if I close iTunes, re-open it and THEN click on update all free apps, the problem seems to go away. I don't get the "out of date" error. I only get it when I leave iTunes open and the mac goes to sleep. When I wake up the mac, click update all, I get the message. So it seems to be related to iTunes having difficulty waking up--I can relate..
