Restore Single iPhone App

I have accidentally deleted an app on my iphone and didn't want to. This app has a lot of data in it that I can't really lose.

This happened during a big clean up of my iphone in prep for updating to IOS4.

I have a recent backup on iTunes but don't want to restore the whole phone.

Can I simply restore just one app and its settings/data?
