iPhone OS 4.0 upgrade - iTunes music fail!

Hello,

In the past year I have purschased quite some music from the iTunes store. Unfortunately after the update, it seems that all my music is gone. Now I thought that the reserve copy of my phone would make me be able to restore the music but I am getting a error?

How can I get my purschased music back? I thought to be nice for once and purschase music, I hope I haven't made the wrong choice...

If I did I would like my iTunes account deleted immediately.

I am trying to contact apple by e-mail. But where can I ask them for e-mail support? All I see is a stupid F.A.Q.
