IOS 4 favorite wallpaper missing

it does look like they deleted some. you can probably google "apple iphone wallpaper" and find plenty more.

I still have that one as my set paper but it's not in my choices not sure how to save it and post

I had some luck when hunting for the 3gs wallpapers yesterday. Apparently I am one of the few that updated to ios4 and didn't have one single problem. The one thing I hate about it (and yes it is a trivial thing) is that when you get all the new ios4 wallpapers (which I really don't like), it deletes all but 2 of the default stock wallpapers that were on previously. Unless it's not supposed to and I do actually have a problem.

Below are the wallpapers I could find. I know it's not all of them, but so far it's the only ones I came across, and I have no idea how to get them off of a phone that hasn't been updated to ios4 yet. (The last one isn't a stock wallpaper, but I thought I would toss it in)

I bought a 3rd Gen Touch 6 months ago with iOS 3.1.2 installed and I still have all my iOS 3 default wallpapers plus a few new ones after upgrading to iOS 4.

Perhaps these were pre-iOS 3 wallpapers you're missing now?

I managed to find some more. I'm not sure if I have all of them or not. I'll have to wait until I can get ahold of my dads phone and see what wallpapers are still on his. Because I don't remember seeing some of these on my phone and I could swear there was a photo with a mountain. I think I also have some that were for the ipod touch (silhouette of people dancing) but I have to find the folder first.

P.S., Does anyone know where to find the wallpapers that come with iOS 4? I don't need them yet, because, well, I have iOS 4. But I can imagine the same problem occurring in the future, and I might as well save copies of them before it's an issue.

Ok, here are the last of the official apple iphone & ipod touch wallpapers I could find. As well as a handful of nice random ones I came across during the hunt (I like the frogs). The first group are from the ipod touch, the second group are obviously from ios4 (only missing the two pics of the roses), and the last group are just random treats. Unfortunatley after all of the websites and photos I have gone through in the last two days I have no idea as to which sites they came from.

No problem, you're welcome. Someone asked if I could post the ipad wallpaper for the iphone (although it is all over google). I was also asked if I could find the green turtle from windows. To save time I am just posting the rest of the iphone wallpapers I have on my phone. There is also a plain black screen for those that don't like the home screen wallpaper. Personally I think the wet grass is a good home screen wall, color and texture without a lot of distraction.
