Iphone Freezing and slow

My phone is doing the same thing. I can't stand it. I took it to the genius bar and their suggestion was to upgrade to the 4G. Is that how we solve issues now? Don't fix the problem just invest more money into the company by buying another product???

I am having this same problem...it is getting very annoying and sometimes i cant even answer calls or texts.
I am going to the apple store this weekend to see what they have to say, but it sounds like they weren't much help with yalls issues either.
I just want my phone to work properly without having to invest $200 for a new phone!
