Mail

Dear colleges.

When I started up my I-MAC yesterday for the first time, I had to fill in an existing e-mailadres. I thought I can use my G-mailadress, but what happened: ALL MY MAIL FORM 2005 UNTILL PRESENT WAS LOADED IN THE INBOX, and this was not my intention to do so. Can somebody help me to correct this without losing all my g-mail on the g-mail-server?

Thanks in advance.

Ries,

Welcome to Apple Discussions.

Sorry to hear of your problem. This forum is for general iMac use, there is a forum specifically for Mail, I would recommend re-posting there if you don't get a solution on this forum. One thing I can suggest is because your machine is new you should be covered by 90 days of free telephone support, the phone number will be listed in the manual that came with your machine. As a last resort if you have an Apple Store in your vicinity it might serve you well to drop make an appointment and see if they can help with this problem.

Best of luck and please let us know how it turns out.

Regards,

Roger
