Jittery Youtube video on PB-G4

I have two laptops: Powerbook G4 and a Macbook Pro.
Placed in the same room, using the same airport signal, watching the same youtube videos, the PowerBook plays the video jittery while the Macbook Pro is fine. I recently ran a clean install on the PB G4, but it did not make a difference. Is this the difference between the motorola vs. intel processing power?

PowerBook G4 1.5g ram, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

What is the processor speed on the PB G4? You need about 1.25GHz or faster to keep from having the audio/video sync problem.

The speed is 1.33 GHz.
