"Your iPhone activation session has expired."

Just got my phone and enter my billing zip code and last 4 digits of SS as requested, then it goes straight to this error message in iTunes. Beneath it, it says:
"To restart your iPhone activation, please disconnect and reattach your iPhone now. Please make sure that your computer has the correct dat, time, and time zone set."
I disconnected and reconnected 5 times, still same message. Quit and restarted, same error. Any thoughts?
