WIndows 7 64-bit bonjour service fail to start. Tried solutions, never work

My computer is recently build by me totally new with windows 7 64bit. I can download quicktime but not itunes simply because it shows this error where it says "Bonjour service fail to start. Verify that you have sufficient privelages to start system services." I have tried the solutions on apple where i disabled my firewall for the time being but it does not help AT ALL. I've spent hours and hours of my time to search for solutions but none of them have worked. I hope i can really get some help here.

PS: sorry i posted wrongly earlier in the other section.Hence I'm posting here now.

THE BIG SOLUTION for Bonjour on Windows 7 64 bit!!!

First uninstall all iTunes from your computer, include old Bonjour and any Apple update software.
Than goto http://download.techworld.com/760/apple-bonjour-for-windows-106-64-bit/ and Download this version of Bonjour and install it. It's working!
After that unzip the iTunes64Setup.exe to a new directory and delete the Bonjour from it. Just after deleting the Bonjour from this folder install the iTunes64.msi.
That's all.
Enjoy and report if it's working.
