Hi there

First of all, once you have upgraded your ipad to the latest version then everything seem ok but you can`t connect to itunes and so on?

Go to your Settings on your ipad and then to General then in General scroll down until you get to the bottom of the page, there you will see (Reset) click on it and the page will open.

Where it shows you (Reset All Settings) click on it.

After that your ipad will reboot then you must re-enter your Wi-Fi settings and you should be good to go after that.

iTunes,Game Center and much more will just need your password and User name.

I am very sure this will help you with your problem

All the best to you.

I have an iPad 1 which is still running iOS 5.1.1 because apple doesn't support updates for this device. About the time ios7 came out I started having similar problems. I was getting a cant find iTunes message in any app that used iTunes store and nothing would download or update. Initially I thought this was a sinister "programmed obsolescence" plot aimed at my device but then I saw in is forum that this happens with a lot of different iOS devices so I felt better. Since updating the iOS was not an option I tried a Reset All and restored from an iTunes backup on my desktop. That seems to have fixed the problem.
