play an alert sound
Is there a way to play an alert sound in Automator (as in , when this action is done, play x sound)?
G5 2x2.66, Mac OS X (10.5.8), 23" Cinima Display, NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT
Put a Run Shell Script action at the end of the workflow containing the line:
*say "done"*
If you want to use a system alert sound instead:
*afplay -a /System/Library/Sounds/Submarine.aiff*
Adjust as needed.
