No more album on iphone since update

Hello,
I upgraded my iPhone 3g to os4 yesterday and since then my photos and not shown in album. I have the same setup used prior the upgrage in iTunes 9,2, I take the photos from Aperture and I have selected a few albums, but on my iPhone, when i choose "albums, the only thing I see are the camera roll and the complete set of images. I no longer see all the album's name. It's quite difficult now to pick the right image since I have to go though the whole bunch of images stored on my phone.
