Error: "Safari Could not install a profle due to an unknown error"
Hello everyone,
Wondering if anyone else is having issue installing iPhone config profiles. I have an iPhone 3G with iOS4. Also downloaded and installed the latest (2.2) iPhone config utility and created a new settings profile, and uploaded it to my server.
when i hit the link and attempt to download/install the profile, Safari errors out with "Safari Could not install a profle due to an unknown error".
(tested with two different 3G phones running iOS 4.0. same issue)
That same newly created profile, was installed/tested on a 3.1.3 3G phone and it works fine. Any help would be greatly apperciated, as this is our corporate profile, and we need to get it working before we can allow any upgrades.
