iPhone 4 is heavy weight by holding one hand more than 30 mins.

the iPhone 3GS and the iPhone 4 are the same weight (or so ive heard) BUT the iPhone 4 is a bit smaller, which causes it to be more dense in comparison.
since the 3GS was a bit bigger the weight distributed more evenly across your hand and as you got used to it you probably got micro muscle helping you adjust to the weight on your hand for long periods of time, now with the iPhone 4 the weight is more centered so you have to give yourself time to adjust and grow your micro muscles in the right places.
