Can I use MSN Messenger with iChat?

You can use the Jabber part of iCHat to do this.

At the moment it will not be with Audio or Video chats.

I've been using MSN and skype in the past with my PC.
Could I use i-chat to connect to my PC for video conference.

There is also Trillian that can used on the PC end. The Basic version TExts and Audiio chats to iChat over the AIM service. The Pro ($25) version can also add Video to it's capablilities.

iChat can use the Jabber side of iChat 3.x to use Jabber public servers and Transports to connect to the MSN, Yahoo! and other IM services and text chat.
