cannot publish to youtube

I am having issues uploading to youtube. i saved the file as medium and hd sizes. When i try to upload to youtube using camera roll it compresses the file and then tries to publish to youtube. Before it finishes i get a message saying "Could Not Publish "filename". this happens for both size movies. I am uploading using 3g. I will try again tonight using wifi. btw the movie is about 4 minutes long. Anyone else experience this?

Is this the first time you ever try to upload a video on YouTube regardless if it's from iPhone or a computer? If yes, try logging in to your YouTube account and set up your settings that will allow you to post video. It will be a email confirmation or something like that, it is a process that you have to go through just before your first time ever posting a video on YouTube

It was the first video i uploaded to youtube but i had already clicked on the confirm. When i got home it uploaded fine on wifi. i think the file might have been too large to upload over 3g.
