Voice Commands for iPad?

I've searched the App Store, as well as Cydia (The App Store for my jailbroken iPad) and cannot find any apps that utilize voice commands. The only use for the microphone I could find was the Shazam App and a few voice recording apps, which are nothing too special. I think that there should be an app that uses voice commands to play certain artists or songs, much like the SYNC system Ford uses in its newer models to control playback. Do you guys know of any apps that I may have overlooked that perform this task? Do you think Apple should have developed an app before the release of the iPad?
