In app purchase not transferred? :(

I have just got an iPhone 4 and restored all my setting from my back-up

All my application data was copied over, except for 1 application, which was Pac-Man CE which also didn't transfer over my in-app purchases and is asking for me to pay again

Why didn't it transfer my in app purchases? I don't want to have to buy it again 😟
