No UK Returns for faulty iPhone 4

    In the United States, I've heard rumors of people organizing class action lawsuits to recoup their losses. If Apple or AT&T is willing to allow them to return their phones and leave their renewed contract without penalty, I say there is no need for a class action suit. However, if a refund is refused and/or the wireless contract is not reverted to the state it was prior to purchasing the defective iPhone4, I would not see a class action suit as evil.
