I think I am in trouble please help

My office computer would not load itunes 9.2 because I was missing msi file, so I have when I first got my 3G iphone last August synced with with my computer at home, so I downloaded 9.2 onto that computer and converted my Iphone over to 4.o well I lost more than half of my apps, all of my phone number and contacts about 600, now I think when I go back to work on monday I will not be able to sync my phone back with my computer bedause the version of Itunes will not recognize my Iphone help
