error 8007

While downloading video rentals from iTunes, the downloads suddenly stopped, error 8007 popped up, and I was prompted to check the status of my internet connection in my web browser. Since then, I have downloaded other rentals; however, the rentals subject to error 8007 still cannot download. Is there any way to get around this? Thanks in advance

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.5.8)
