Applecare Protection Plan? Never Received... Where is it?

I ordered (Online) an iPad 64 WiFi+3G a few weeks back. It arrived the other day and I love it so far.

However, at the same time I ordered (Online) the Applecare Protection Plan for the iPad. I still haven't received the Applecare Protection Plan. When will I receive this?

With other items I've ordered along with the Applecare Plan I always received a small box with the necessary information on my protection plan. So far, I received nothing and I was wondering if Apple changed the Applecare process?

Should I expect to receive this soon or should I contact Apple phone support and find out where my Applecare Protection Plan is?

Thanks in advance!

When Apple Care is ordered with iPad, the iPad is auto enrolled in Apple Care. If you go online and check, you will see that your iPad is already registered and covered for the two years.

If I already received my iPad and it's supposed to be automatically enrolled in the Applecare Protection Plan I purchased at the same time I purchased the iPad online; Why is my iPad listed as "shipped" but the Applecare Protection Plan listed as "Not yet Shipped".

Also, why doesn't Apple give you some sort of confirmation when you enroll in the Protection Plan... I paid $99 for the extra year worth of coverage I should at least (at minimum) receive a confirmation of sorts for this coverage as reassurance I won't run into problems down the road... It's the least they can do... I love my iPad but the Applecare Support Plan I ordered is ****-poor. I want something IN WRITING... Like maybe a serial number of sorts so I can prove I have coverage. I received nothing from Apple whatsoever in the form of my Applecare Protection Plan... The same goes for my new iPhone I ordered which I'm still waiting for...

Can anyone help me out here? Thanks!

The information you gave me was very helpful however the iPad is NOT listed under my ID... My Mac and Display are listed but there is no listing for an iPad.

Again... I want to stress there was absolutely no information sent to me regarding support of my iPad or registering my iPad. I find this to be very troublesome of Apple. I think they have failed in proper notification of the product support I invested in...

I contacted Apple regarding my iPads Applecare Protection Plan: I WAS TOLD THEY ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THEIR AUTO-ENROLLMENT AND IT SHOULD BE MANUALLY ENTERED BY FRIDAY!!!

I PAID OVER $1000 FOR MY IPAD AND THIS IS THE BEST ANSWER I COULD GET!

The iPhone I ordered states there the Applecare Plan has already been shipped... However I won't be receiving the iPhone until Mid-July. I was told by the Apple Advisor I won't actually receiving a plan in the mail and it can't already be enrolled until there is a serial number to register it to... Which I assume (and hope) will happen when the iPhone actually ships... At least this is what I was told.

Also, under my product support page it lists I ordered TWO iPads both with the same Registration #. Unfortunately, I could not view the status of my orders at the time of the call because I was receiving "An Internal Server Error Has Occurred" error message every time I tried to access the Account/Order Status page.

What a wonderful experience I have spending roughly $1700 with Apple on new merchandise. I still haven't received my iPad case and it is just sitting out where it can be damaged. Thanks a whole bunch Apple... You have such superior customer service - NOT!
