How can I fix rolling shutter (jello) effect?

I have a 1.5 minute shot of artwork on a wall that I dolly over. Actually it's several walls spanning. So when you see the vertical line that joins the two walls it's skewed left and then right as the video moves from the left edge of the frame to the right. Think the way an old school audio VU meter moves, but slower of course.

It's one continuous shot. I am not certain the camera nor the shutter speed when it was shot.

I could use your insight on this.

I tried CoreMelt Lock and Load X, but that didn't fix the issue.
