iCal Entries Vanishing

When I sync my iPhone to iTunes, something is picking entries (seemingly at random) and erasing them from my iPhone. This started with the upgrade to iOS4.

What do I have to do to stop this? I want everything I enter into my iPhone to be there after sync. I don't want anything to be deleted or erased.
