iPod Touch Problem (Keeps Restarting)

my ipod touch does the same, i went in to settings and reset it because it was slow and now it resets itself over and over, if i cant fix it im just gunna send it to apple and ask them to fix it :S

Ok hey i just had the same problem, i sent my ipod in to apple and they fixed it, but i plugged it in again to sync it and it did it again, so i called and here is what they said to do... keep your usb cord plugged into you computer and then turn on itunes and then turn off your ipod then hold down the home button and keep holding it down and then plug it into you usb (Keep holding it) wait for a messege in itunes to come up saying your ipod is being restored and then follow the instructions and tah-dah!!!

by the way what i told you to do makes it restore, so if you havent saved anything on it, it will wipe out everything. hope you had back-up.
