Flesch-Kincaid for Pages

I have found the archived 'post' about Flesch-Kincaid for Pages, but I unfortunately do not 'see' the solution to the question.

How do we get the Flesch-Kincaid statistic from our created document?

Can anybody please be so kind as to explain to a MAC/Apple beginner how he can take advantage of this much required statistic in Pages?

Copy/paste your text into some app that offers this feature. Pages does not.

I've read that Google Docs and MS Word can do it.

So what you are suggestion is that I copy/paste my content into MS Word/Google Docs to get my statistic?

I thought that there was at least a 'work-around' of some sort, not having to exit the program completely!?!

I don't see why you would have to exit Pages in order to copy/paste something elsewhere to get your statistic.

There are also online calculators you can find via google search like
