Export Earthlink Address Book to Address Book.app?

I'm leaving Earthlink; have AT&T Uverse now. Before I cancel Earthlink I need to export Earthlink web mail address book to Address Book.app. I 'exported' a .csv.txt file. But, Address Book.app says, "...not a comma-separated file..." I messed with it and got it to "import". BUT, it only imported "display names", no other info!

I exported again from Earthlink and got a useable .csv file. But, looks like one must do one contact at a time! whew!

I also found in att.yahoo/mail a nifty 'import' function (at Mail>upper right>Options). It can import from several sources; Earthlink included...after entering user/password info for the source. In about 30 seconds I imported 205 contacts from Earthlink web mail to att.yahoo/mail>contacts.
