14 days or 30 days?

I would like to return my iPhone 4 , why? just not satisfied. Not a big difference and Aldo my screen goes black when calling. Just 3 times so far. $360 is too much for just adding HD video.


Anyways I got this on the 23. So do they give back a refund ? I would be happier if I would have gotten the $199 model.

Your phone is working as programmed. You do not need the display on when it is next to your ear. That would waste battery on something you don't see anyway.

When you pull back the screen turns on so you can see it.

You have 30 days (with your carrier) to return it no questions asked. This applies to CA residents only.
If you call customer service they will tell you that you only have 14 days but if you tell them 'i'm in California and I know i have 30 days' then they will change their tone and assist you. I know this from personal experience. They tried pulling that on me. But I DO read the fine print.
