Can I use ipad keyboard doc to control an imac(via usb)?

Just bought the ipad keyboard doc and love it. I actually prefer it to my imac keyboard as well. Is it possible to use the ipad keyboard doc as a keyboard for my imac via usb maybe???

Imac, iOS 4

If there is some connector (USB) and port for the connector in both the keyboard and iMac, then, yes.
