Iphone 4: No problem

I got my phone yesterday.. and have not had one single problem with it. Not always performing at super fast speeds, but I have had none of the posted problems with reception. If anything, my signal is better. Just thought Id share.. feel free to comment

Got two iphone4's yesterday and both activated perfectly and are performing much faster and better than my 3g's. One 3g was running 4.0 and the other 3.1 firmware. I had no troubles with either. I always keep my phones in a case so the outside antenna is not an issue for me. Very happy with my choice.

Only glitch was that I was unaware (didn't read all the requirements ahead of time) that I would need os10.5 or better. I still have tiger running on one computer and had to shell out 169.00 for snow leopard. Other than that everything went well with the sync's on both phone's. All data was transferred. Just had to re-enter some passwords for mail, facebook etc. This is my 3rd upgrade for original iphone to 3g and now the 4.

Very please so far.

Congrats!
Seriously well done.

Did you also get a golden ticket to visit SJ over at Apple HQ? I heard on mac rumors that you find one in the box of every iPhone 4 that's shipped and works.

Sarcastic comments aside; congrats again... Now back to wondering if I will ever be able to make a phone call properly

yes you will. its a new product with minimal testing within apple. you send it out to 1.7 million people well guess what there might be a few things overlooked. apple WILL come out with an update for bug fixes soon and the iphone will then be as good as AT&T's service is ha ha thats not saying much. but yes hang in there and they will get the kinks worked out.

Really, "media over-hyped"? I guarantee you your phone has all the same issues other than the glue discoloration. Every single iPhone 4 I have picked up and used has the same issues. I guess you guys had a special made iPhone 4 with completely different dynamics huh? I only wish I could be there to see the dumfounded look on your face when you realize you have the same issues. My girlfriend gave me the same smug attitude when she kept proclaiming how perfect her phone was......until she realized the proximity sensor was out of whack. And she came to this realization after several days of use as we both received out phones on the 22nd.
