Video within Video

Put the smaller video on the track above the main one.

Double-click it and open the Motion tab in the Viewer.

Move the Scale slider to get the size you want.

In the Canvas, ensure that "Image & Wireframe" is selected (right hand button at top centre of Canvas) so that you can see a cross going from corner to corner and then drag the smaller video anywhere you want.

You can also resize the video (when Image & Wireframe is selected) by carefully positioning your cursor (which should turn into cross-hairs) in any corner of the image and dragging.
