iPad showing calendar entries with the wrong date and time

Hi Guys,
Just setup my new iPad and connected it to my work Exchange account for Email, contacts and calendar. Similar process to my iPhone. However the calendar appointments are all completed out of sync with one another. The iPad is showing appointments which should start Friday 9am to start Thurs 4pm and so on.
Any ideas would be most appreciated!

Try Calendar Time Zone support.

BINGO! This had me quite frustrated as I kept focusing on the General-->Date&Time settings. Thanks for the info!
