Flushing DNS Cache
How do members here go about flushing their dns cache?
imac, Mac OS X (10.6.4), 2008 model
Open Terminal:
dscacheutil -flushcache
Press return.
dscacheutil -flushcache
Press return.

Why do you feel the need to do this?
Just in case it's causing a dns issue. Thanks.
What is the issue?
Maybe server is not updating? I've seen this. Flush cache, reload, and new updates are displayed as expected.
