iPod nano 5th gen & Motorola bluetooth adapter D650

I purchased this iPod recently for my husband and just got a Motorola wireless headset for him and a D650 adapter which is supposed to make the nano wireless. We have tried everything to get it to work, following all the instructions and the headset doesn't pair with the nano. Has anyone else had this problem? Before I give up and send back the headset and adapter I thought I would post this to the discussions.

Before I give up and send back the headset and adapter

I did a google search on the headset & adapter & sure enough *it's advertised as being compatible with the iPod Nano 5th gen with video.* _A lot of reviews about it not working with the iPod Nano 5th gen with video._

If I were you, I would call the manufacturer & ask them to provide instructions on how to get it to work _as advertised_ (since their manual is not clear).

This has been an unresolved pain in the *** for the past year or so for many of us who loved using the amazing Motorola S9-HD with our Nano 4th gen or iPhone, but were screwed by the 5th gen nano not working with the D650 adapter. The now have the D670 adapter that at least fits the 5th gen nano rather than sticking out all misaligned and nasty. Now the big question: will the new D670 adapter kill the stupid nano speaker and connect up to the wireless Motorola headphones? Tune in next week....
Actually, in about 5 hours I'll let you know.
