can't change the region

Hi
Recently I moved from U.S. back to Taiwan, I tried to change the region in the itunes store but it won't let me, it say "you have a store credit balance; you must spend your balance before you can change stores." I have $1.01 in my itunes account, I can't buy anything because of tax.

You can contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find an "Email Us" button) and explain your situation to them. They may be able to help.

It may be easiest, though, to just set up a new account in the Taiwan iTunes Store. You'll still be able to use all the content you purchased from the US store.
