iPhone 4 Missing Bottom Screws

You can call AppleCare or make an appointment at an Apple store if there is one nearby.

Doubtful Apple will send you the screws. More than likely your iPhone will be exchanged under warranty.

Not sure if AppleCare is available on Sundays, but I think so. There is one way to find out for certain.

My thoughts exactly! I went to my appointment at my local Apple Store. The guy at the genius bar told me that they didn't have replacement screws and to wait and call them to check if they get them in. He said they will just put them in for me but he didn't seem to sure. I am going to call and or go to the store this week again. *fingers crossed* I will re post an update on my status. I hope everything goes well with this for you. Let me know how it goes.

Since they did not likely fall out in shipping, having them slip through undetected (and this is not an obscure location) suggests poor quality control and inspection of the final product.

Did you ever get a chance to go to the Apple store? I still haven't gone yet. Planning on going tomorrow. I'm going to try and get a refund for my bumper while I'm at it.

Refunds will be done online, NOT in the store.

I had the same issue received my phone yesterday... the wifi wasnt working took it into the Appl Store they realized screws were missing and told me the phone was tampered even though I never touched the thing ... they told me to deal with my Carrier... which makes no sense i got this thing yesterday I NEVER TOUCHED it .. im more than ****** to find out people are having hte same issues... They should clearly know that this is happening.. I AM ANGRY BEYOND BELIEVE...

They don't inspect every iPhone 100%. They'd be farther behind than they are. Some bad ones are bound to slip through. Just so they fix or replace the ones with problems.

AppleCare finally took care of my issue and replaced my iPhone. My faith in Apple has been restored. As for the Store Manager I dealt with what an arrogant guy... I wish there was somewhere I can put forth a complaint... I must also say I dealt with extremely caring individuals on the phone with Apple and I wish I can commend them somehow on there support.
