iPad Review

Technically, The iPad just a bigger version of an iPod Touch. In my opinion, the iPad is brilliant. It’s a greater quality version of a mini laptop. It may not have a webcam or Flash, but it DOES have amazing features. Flash can slow down your computer a lot, making it hot on the back, and over-heat it. I also bet they will come out with a webcam that you can hook to the iPad in a few years (or even an iPad with a webcam in it!) Because quite frankly, the iPad is beautiful. You can easily watch movies, shows, and YouTube videos in a higher quality. One of my favorite apps on the iPad is iBooks. I personally don’t like spending lots of money on books, and having to flop them around with me. Now with iBooks (Now available on iOs4) you can read any books you want, just by tapping on a cover! That’s truly amazing. One thing I don’t like about the iPad is that it is a little overpriced, making it $500 dollars for 16GB, which is well, not really a good price. I bet you it will eventually get slowly cheaper.

Buy it or Pie it? : Buy. (If you have the money, of course!)

My family savednup for more than a. Eyqr to get a laptop, had about $1k saved up. Got an ipad instead due to the fact that it fit into our lifestyle better than a laptop would have. At least we thought it would be close. Turns out it was better than we thought and my wife insisted I take the remaining money we saved up and ... "go get your own, you keep taking mine to the office."

My four year old loves e "little puters" and picked it up faster than my wife or I did it seems.

My advice for others thinking of buying one, make a list of things you require it to do, look online, and in these forums to see if ti will do it and how well. If you cannot find any information on a few of those things, come back here and ask your question. As long as you have done your homework, you will get plenty of advice and oppinions on here.

I think making comments like calling something they post "ludicrous" might make us sound a bit conceited on here towards New posters. Maybe asking for clarification, or making it a bit more clear from our experience what the poster might have meant.

I think the op didn't mean that every book In Existance is available on iBooks, but of the books you own, you can read anything you want by simply tapping the cover.
