Bookmarks Organization

Hi All.

Can anyone tell me how I move folders and create subfolders while organizing Bookmarks?

I have a ton of old bookmarks that I am trying to sort and I seem to be having trouble moving folders and/or creating subfolders.

How do I think of the different "kinds" of bookmark folders?

I have a Bookmarks Toolbar with subfolders and then a Bookmarks with subfolders?

Why can't I move a folder from the Bookmarks and put it in the Bookmarks Toolbar area...?

Any docs online would help as well I'm sure.
