Delta Schedule

Please provide a little more information. Exactly what format is your "Delta calendar" in, or where is it in the first place...MS Outlook, a printed piece of paper, an Excel spreadsheet, a Word doc, what?

If the flight info updates iCal on your Mac, you should be able to get it onto your iPad by syncing your iCal calendar with your iPad. To do this, connect your iPad to your Mac (I'm assuming that's the device on which you have iTunes). Once your iPad shows up in the left column of iTunes, click on it, then click on the Info tab on top. Scroll down to the Calendar section and check the box "Sync Calendars with" (and select iCal in the dropdown box if there are multiple calendars listed). Finally, click Apply below.

And if you have a mobile me account, you can just set it to sync over the air... when you add an appointment on your Mac it appears on your iPad automatically... and vice versa, when you add to the calendar on your iPad mobile me will add it to your Mac. The same goes for contacts.

Once you set it up, you do nothing.
