Blu-Ray drive for MacBook Pro

Hey guys,
I have a Dell studio PC that I bought a year ago with a blu-ray burner (Drive F:). I was looking to buy a internal/external hard drive kit so I can hook it up to my MacBook Pro. Is this hard to do? I need help on what I should look for and how I could hook this up. Any comments would be highly appreciated!

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.3)
