Can I make a voice memo a ringtone?

I've had a quick search here but can't find what I'm looking for... is it possible to have a voice memo as a ring tone?

Asus M51SN Notebook, Windows Vista, iPhone 3G

I can't find anything on it either. I spoke with ATT people who referred me to Apple. If you find out how to do this, please let me know at djm4942@aol.com and I'll do the same.

OK. I found out how to do it. You can download Quick Voice Recorder from the App Store (free download). You can then use Quick Recorder to create a voice file, which you can then e-mail to yourself (or anyone else) as an Apple ringtone. Problem solved!
