Are the iPhone default ringtones copyrighted?

This might not be the right place to post this, but I am working on an arrangement for a high school marching band. At some moment they want the music interrupted by cell phone rings, and I would like to transcribe a couple of the iPhone default rings for them to play on actual instruments (Xylophone, Bell Tower, Marimba, and Piano Riff) Does anyone know if these are copyrighted? Who would I need to ask permission?
