IPAD Keeps losing Internet Connection

My Ipad's internet connection just suddenly turns off all of the time. There is no rhyme or reason for this. It happens at home, coffee shops, work, etc....

I can be sitting right next to the modem, and the WiFi will just drop off...

Anyone have this problem? Is it the Ipad or the internet?
