Ipod will not sync all songs in library?

How do you have your iPod set up to sync music? If you have it set up to "Sync only checked songs and videos" from under the Summary tab make sure there is a tick mark next to each track you wish to sync. Otherwise, under the Music tab what options do you have selected? Sync entire music library or something else?

Are you receiving any error messages upon syncing?

So I'm assuming you are comparing your song count on your iPod under the About settings to the song count in your iTunes library correct?

Are there any duplicate tracks in your library? You can check by heading to the File menu and choosing "Show Duplicates." If there are, these may not sync to your iPod. So what options do you have selected from under the Summary and Music tabs for your iPod?

So after deleting those 7 tracks you no longer receive any error messages?

it gave me one more error message: Itunes could not copy"longshot"to the ipod"the cheeze's ipod"because an unknown error occurred -69

Not sure if will help, so you may want to do a Google search on this error. There are literally hundreds of potential solutions, but as to which one applies to you is hard to say.

How did you get your iPod to sync all you had in iTunes? It won't sync an audiobook I have--though it synced two others. ???? Help! Thanks. Cassie
