Undo Sync for Notes

Hello All,
I wrote multiple long notes in iPad and tried to sync with iTune. After the syncs, all my notes were wipeout. How can I undo this? Help...

Somebody--help! I did the very same thing tonight. I decided to sync my notes and bookmarks (they were the two things that were unchecked) and now ALL my notes are gone and all my bookmarks on my ipad are gone! Help! Is there anyway to get them back? and when we do sync, how do we make it a two way sync instead of the mac taking over?

This has also happened to me a couple times! The first time I was still learning about Apple, my iPad, syncing, etc. and I didn't lose anything very important. But this last time, I lost my "to do" list with simple but important notes to myself on different errands to run and tasks I needed to do along with mileage recording for business purposes - a tax write-off!
I thought if I synced my notes from my ipad, that it would go into my Outlook notes. But it seems to have been erased instead! I can't find it on either my ipad nor my computer! I'm echoing the last post here: is there a way to get this back?
