Terminal / Bash assistance needed to delete SwitchResX

Thanks for reading... I installed a third-party app called SwitchResX to customize my display. Unfortunately, I tweaked it so that my monitor no longer displays anything. I can't get the monitor working in safe or single mode, either. So I can get to the utilities, including Terminal, using the Install Disc, but I'm confused as to what's next. Here's where I'm at:

I can locate my Volumes folder, and when I change to that directory (cd) my Home folder (titled My Shizz) is listed:

total 10
d-wx-wx-wt@ 2 root admin 1024 Jul 8 11:58 .Trashes
--w--w--w- 1 root admin 4096 Jul 8 11:58 ._.Trashes
lrwxr-xr-x 1 root admin 0 Jul 8 11:58 Max OS X Install DVD ->
drwxrwxr-t@ 23 root admin 1292 Jul 7 19:28 My Shizz

However, when I try to cd to My Shizz by typing...
cd /My\ Shizz

I get this in return...
cd: /My Shizz: No such file or directory

Can someone please show me how I can access this directory so that I can delete this blasted SwitchResX???

Thanks so much,

Chris

I should clarify: I need Terminal/Bash help, not SwitchResX help.

Because of SRX, my display only works when I put in the Install disc. For some reason, I cannot open in safe or single mode, as the SwitchResX is still taking effect. Anyway, since I can only access the files through Terminal, that's the only way I can get rid of it. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get to my Home folder for some reason.

Thanks again for any assistance out there!!!
